ከተለያዩ ለጋሽ አካላትና ከኢንቨስትመንት ሃብት በማሰባሰብና መልሶ ስትራቴጂክ በሆኑና የገበያ ጉድለት በሚታይባቸው የኢንቨስትመንት መስኮች ላይ በማሰማራት የዕውቀትና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ማምጣትና በማህበራዊ የልማት መስኮች በመሳተፍ ለክልሉ ህዝብ የኑሮ ደረጃ መሻሻል እገዛ ማድረግ፡፡

እ.ኤ.አ በ2030 በክልሉ ቀዳሚ የበጎ አድራጎትና የልማት አጋር ተቋም ሆኖ ማየት፡፡

ጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት በክልሉ ፍትህ ቢሮ መንግስታዊ ባልሆነ ዘላቂ የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅትነት ጥር 22 ቀን 2000 ዓ.ም እውቅና አግኝቶ ተቋቋመ፡፡ ኢንዶውመንቱ ሲቋቋም በዋነኝነት ሁለት ተልዕኮወችን አንግቦ ነው፡፡የመጀመሪያው ከኢንቨስትመንት የሚያገኘዉን ሀብት ለበጎ አድራጐት ሥራዎች በማዋል የክልሉን የልማት እንቅስቃሴ ማገዝና ለህዝብ ኑሮ መሻሻል የበኩሉን አስተዋጽኦ ማበርከት ሲሆን ሁለተኛው ደግሞ ከኢንቨስትመንት መስኮች የሚገኘውን ትርፍ መልሶ ስትራቴጂክ በሆኑ ዘርፎች ላይ ኢንቨስት በማድረግ በክልሉ ውስጥ የሥራ እድልን መፍጠርና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግርን ማምጣት ነው፡፡

ተወዳዳሪ አዋጭ በሆነ ወጪ የውሃ ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮ፣ውሃ አቅርቦት፣የመስኖ፣ፕሮጀክቶችንና የውሃ መጠን ፍተሻ ስራዎችን በጥራት በመስራት የደንበኞችን እርካታ ማረጋገጥ፡፡

ራዕይ

በ2020 ዓ.ም በሀገራችን ተወዳዳሪና ብቃት ያለው የውሃ ስራዎች ተቋም ሆኖ ማየት፡፡

 

የጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት ሌላኛው ኩባንያ ነው፡፡ጢስ እሳት ውኃ ስራዎች፡፡ ኩባንያው "ጥራት፣ታማኝነትና ተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ"የሚል መለያ (motto) ይዞ በ 2001 ዓ.ም የተቋቋመ ሲሆን ይህንንም በተግባር በማረጋገጡ ከተመሰረተ በጥቂት አመታት ውሰጥ በአሁኑ ወቅት በአማራ ክልል በተመሳሳይ ዘርፍ ከተሰማሩ መሰል ድርጅቶች ጋር ተወዳዳሪና ተመራጭ እየሆነ ይገኛል፡፡

ጢስ እሳት ውኃ ስራዎች በሚከተሉት የስራ ዘርፎች ማለትም፡-

  • በውኃ ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮ፣
  • በመጠጥ ውኃ ተቋማት ግንባታ፣
  • በመስኖ አውታሮች ግንባታ፣
  • የውኃ መጠን ፍተሻ፣
  • የጉድጓድ ጠረጋ፣
  • የእጅ ፓንፕ ተከላና የአናት ግንባታ ስራዎችን ያከናውናል፡፡

እነዚህን ተግባራት ከማከናወን አንጻር ኩባንያው ባለፉት ዘጠኝ አመታት 14 የመስኖ አውታሮችን፣28 የተለያየ ደረጃ ያላቸውን የመጠጥ ውኃ ተቋማትን ገንብቷል፡፡በ2018 በጀት አመት ግማሽ አመት ድረስ 24 የመጠጥ እና የመስኖ አውታሮችን በመገንባት ላይ ሲሆን  ስድስት አዳዲስ ግንባታዎችን ለማከናወን ውል ይዞ የቅድመ ግንባታ ስራዎችን በማከናወን ላይ ይገኛል፡፤

ኩባንያው በአሁኑ ወቅት ዘርፉ የደረሰበት  የዘመናዊ ማሽነሪዎች  ባለቤትና እና ይህን እና ሌሎች የዘርፉን ቴክኖሎጂዎች መተግበር በሚችል የሰው ኃይል እራሱን አደራጅቶ በመስራት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ከሰው ሃይል አንጻርም 127 ቋሚ፣107 ኮንትራት በድምሩ 224 ሰራተኞች አሉት፡፡በዚህም ኩባንያው ለክልሉ በተሰማራበት መስክ እያበረከተ ካለው አስተዋጽኦ ባሻገር የስራ እድል በመፍጠር ረገድ የበኩሉን እያበረከተ የሚገኝ ተቋም ነው፡፡

TIS ISAT WATER WORKS: - “POCKET OF EFFECTIVENESS

Tis Isat water works Plc is one amongst the four companies owned by Gafat Endowment, began its operation in 2009 GC. The company is engaged in the construction of water related works. Specifically, it provides services on construction of water supply, irrigation projects, drilling of water wells and pump tests on water resources development to improve the livelihood of the people.

The Tis Isat motto which says “Quality, reliability and reasonable price” is indeed true and factual as the Company in the last eight years has established itself as one of the companies which are engaged in water works in Amhara region.

Tis Isat is a level one contractor; always places maximum efforts in ensuring that all of its water related works attain the desired qualities. Therefore an efficient system of controls has been placed to ensure all aspects of the works are followed. As a business enterprise, it has also made a great stride in the use of technology by investing heavily on the latest technologies available in the water works.

Tis isat water works underwent a striking ten years and become one of the most excellent companies in water related works. Through its innovative policies it has been demonstrating region-class performance and increased access for rural to clean water.

Regarding to its staff, currently Tis Isat has 259 employees (125 of them are permanent).It’s workers sense mission and dedicated to their jobs which able the company to have trust-based relationship within the organization. Beside Tis Isat is characterized by a large variety of tasks carried out by workers who have greater autonomy and used it to respond to their clients need.

Moreover, it also followed a management style that includes consultation with staff participation, teamwork, open non-hierarchical style of interacting with staff in combination with clear rules and procedures.

Due to concern over social responsibility Tis Isat is making concerted efforts focusing on creating jobs for youths. In this regard, for instance in the year 2018 GC it has created jobs for 52 university graduates with above 17 million birr.

These and others Qualities and success of the Tis Isat can enforce someone to call it “pocket of Effectiveness”.
